PDM Performance Directed Management Channel Enablers

PDM is owned and operated by Philip Moon, a former owner of Channel Enablers with over 30 years of successful practical sales, marketing and management experience in both direct and indirect sales channels. Philip has achieved a worldwide reputation as a foremost subject matter expert and trainer and developer having conducted sales, management, channels and training course development programs for leading organizations around the globe, including SAP, H.P, IBM, C.A, HDS, Symantec, Oracle and many others.  

Philip established PDM in 1995 and worked with high-tech clients all around the Asia Pacific region. In July 2003 Philip became a co-owner of Channel Enablers where he was responsible for Channel Enablers global training practice and the development of intellectual property. Channel Enablers was acquired by Milller Heiman in October 2011. In July 2013 Philip returned to practice as an independent consultant and remains an Executive Consultant Partner of Miller Heiman/Channel Enablers.

Philip believes in a holistic approach to training, seeking to equip people with the processes, knowledge, and skills they need to perform highly in their role, as well as the self-understanding and insight they need to work with and through others in high-performing teams. Believing that “what is owned - gets done”, Philip works with teams to generate superior results through participation and increased commitment, and with senior management to promulgate a performance-oriented, team-based culture.
